WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PLANS
Brand Candi is happy to offer a maintenance plan for any clients looking to keep their website up-to-date with the latest versions and software. Please note that we will need your hosting information and domain information, we are not responsible for website backups (and recommend purchasing it through your hosting) and will require it to be done prior to any updates.
The maintenance plan is $50/month and includes the following:
UPDATES If available, your software will be manually updated to the latest version (Bi-Weekly)
PLUGIN UPDATES I will upgrade all of your un-edited plugins to a newer version if available (Bi-Weekly). *un-edited plugins only*
THEME UPDATES Compatibility updates of your theme if needed (Monthly)
COMPATIBILITY SUPPORT Something broke? No sweat. I will fix any problems caused by updates.
Here are some common questions that clients ask before signing up for this plan:
Q.) Is this monthly maintenance plan required by Brand Candi?
A.) Not required, but it is suggested that Brand Candi maintain/update your website. Allowing Brand Candi to control this aspect of your website helps keep your site running optimally.
Q.) What if I need help with the contect/style of my website? Is this included in my monthly maintenance plan?
A.) If you need assistance updating/changing a page, colors, font, headers, text, blogs, photos/images, etc., I will be happy to assist you with this for up to 1 hour, anything thereafter is billed at our hourly rate of $75.
Q.) How will you access my account? Will I have to provide you with my personal log-in information?
A.) It is recommended that you create an administrator/author/editor account, and include Brand Candi/Candi, on your website site giving me all permissions. You and your staff will be provided with a log-in & link to update and manage your site. Including, but not limited to stats, blog, pages, contact info, etc.
Q.) Will I be billed monthly? Or will there be an auto-payment option?
A.) At this time, each maintenance plan will be billed monthly. Brand Candi will email you a PayPal invoice. You may cancel this plan at any time! It is very important to pay all invoices (monthly or annually) on time to keep from having your maintenance plan disabled or services cancelled. All invoices will be emailed on the 25th each month.
Q.) Will I be able to contact you if I have an issue with my website?
A.) Brand Candi will be available during business hours (9AM - 4PM CST) to answer questions & provide assitance. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses to emails/phone calls.
Q.) Will you offer assistance with my hosting plan or domain?
A.) It is suggested that you purchase & register your hosting + domain seperately. This is a part of your business. Domains will be registered in your name or your company name & you are legally responsible for the site.
If you decide to opt out of the maintenance plan, an hourly rate of $75 will be billed to you for any updates or changes.
